Welcome Potential Vendors!
FolsomFringe 2011 is delighted by your interest in our merchant fair and we cordially invite you to apply as a vendor for our upcoming event.
Vending at FolsomFringe ’11 is not assigned on a first come, first served basis. Each 2011 vendor will be chosen specifically for their diversity in product and compatibility with the theme and population of our weekend. To optimize your sales opportunities FolsomFringe makes every effort to avoid duplication of merchandise amongst our vendors.
FolsomFringe ’11 offers a fully-carpeted and air-conditioned indoor market space for accepted merchants on both Friday and Saturday. Initial set up will be 12 PM on Friday. The vendor market will be open to attendees on Friday, 1:00-8:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00am-9:00 PM.
This year we have a great surprise: vendors will be located in one of our spacious ballrooms with extra ceiling height and room for their customers to browse in comfort. And, the really great news is vendors do not have to break-down their booth until Sunday you they are free to enjoy the play parties!
Vendor space for the weekend is only $129 and includes one 6’ or 8’ table (per hotel inventory) in an area approximately 8’x8’. You may also register up to two vendor helpers at the reduced registration rate of $49 each. All vendor assistants must staff your booth for a portion of the weekend.
Vendor rates entitle each paid person to the full weekend registration package which includes:
• Workshops on Friday and Saturday
• Play Parties on Friday and Saturday
• Sunday Bus to Folsom Street Fair
• Sunday After Event Social
• Complimentary Event Pin
But wait; there’s more! Offering you optimal exposure and advertising of your merchandise prior to our event, FolsomFringe ’11 will post vendor logos and weblinks to our website. Further, vendors will be entitled to one ½ page ad in our event program, a $59 value, and will also have the opportunity to place business cards or flyers into our attendee event bags.
Standard releases of liability for both the hotel and smOdyssey, Inc. must be signed and merchants are responsible for the transportation, set up, monitoring, sales, and tear down of their merchandise.
~ Vendors are requested to donate an item of their choice to the silent auction. All proceeds will be directed to the designated charities for 2011: The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, The Wounded Warrior Project, and Lyon-Martin Health Services . ~
