This is the Domain in Sunnyvale, Ca second year of being kink friendly luxury hotel dedicated to FolsomFringe attendees and their guest. Infusing the technology vibe of the valley through its services and amenities, while embracing the natural outdoor beauty of Northern California through its inspired décor, the Domain Hotel offers accommodations for both leisure and business travelers. Our spacious guestrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, workspaces and internet access. And when it’s time to relax, guests can enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center.
The 136 guestrooms and suites are decorated in two themes: Tranquility and Awakening!
Tranquility Rooms: Reduce the fast pace of your life immediately upon entering a room that invokes relaxation through the serene blue color scheme, reminiscent of the soothing nature of water. The subtle scent of lavender will further relax guests choosing these rooms.
Awakening Rooms: If rejuvenation is what you need, the green, forest backdrop design will help you energize, and the uplifting lemongrass scent is sure to invigorate you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 4pm day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one nights room and tax.
Cancellation or changes only allowed 24 hours prior to arrival date. Individual reservations changed and/or cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date are subject to availability and will be charged for the entire amount of the original reservation. All no-shows will be billed even if the guest arrives at a later date.
Guarantee Policy:All reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking and check-in. No cash accepted at check-in.
